Challenge

Little Bloke Fitness wanted to take the next step towards more consistent sales, having previously ranked highly for ‘gym equipment’ and other broad but relevant terms. As LBF was slowly slipping down the SERPs, the challenge was to establish an SEO campaign that would lead to the heights previously hit; allowing LBF to compete with some of the more established fitness equipment providers.

Solution

We knew the domain was strong enough to rank with the efficiency of our link building. So, with that in mind, we pitched a content-orientated SEO campaign which involved fixing on-page issues, launching a blog, and most importantly, a manual outreach campaign leveraging the vast fitness blogger eco-system. Categories were culled and optimised to align with a keyword plan that was optimistic, but not unrealistic.

Result

Over the last 20 months, Digital Next has lived up to expectations and delivered an organic uplift of 132.27%. This has resulted in a significant increase in revenue and has enabled LBF to open a new location. Additionally, page 1 keyword rankings are up 1015%, while unique referring domains have also increased from 81 to 281.
